Serv-A-Pure 73123S, BBFS-222IR, Sediment/Taste & Odor/Iron Removal System
You are buying a 3 step whole house water filtration system that will remove sediment, taste & odor and up to 3 ppm dissolved iron from your water. This system comes standard with a DGD-5005-20 sediment filter, an AF-20-2215-BB iron reduction filter, and a RFC20-BB taste and odor filter.
Pressure Gauge Locations
• Pressure Gauge #1 - Located at the inlet of the first filter housing. Measures incoming pressure to system.
• Pressure Gauge #2 - Located at the inlet of the 2nd housing. Measures pressure drop across 1st sediment filter.
• Pressure Gauge #3 - Located at the inlet of the 3rd housing. Measures pressure drop across 2nd filter.
• Pressure Gauge #4 - Located at the outlet of the 3rd housing. Measures pressure drop across the 3rd filter
It is recommended that your sediment filter be the first filter to come into contact with the water to help remove sediment that will cause premature plugging of both the taste/odor filter and the iron reduction filter.
