Overview The Vent Filter protects stored pure (Type 3) water from airborne contaminants in the environment. These include carbon dioxide, particles, micro-organisms, and volatile organic compounds that mainly come from the laboratory atmosphere. This filter includes a combination of purification media carefully selected to remove contaminants that could degrade pure water quality during storage. The filter contains soda lime to prevent CO2 contamination.
